Traxxas 4-Tec RTR
The Traxxas 4-Tec RTR comes out of the box ready to race with an adjustable two speed transmission, full ball bearing construction, a three belt drive system, disc brakes, racing tires and mesh tuner wheels. The chassis is built of sturdy 2.5mm blue anodized aluminum and is fully countersunk on the bottom.
The heart of the Traxxas 4-Tec RTR is of course the 2.5 engine, featuring a tuned pipe and a push button start using the convenient Traxxas EZ-Start 2. For suspension the Traxxas features a fully adjustable suspension which uses oil filled shocks with bell crank steering for more precise and easy control. The fuel tank of the 4-Tec RTR is center mounted for more even weight balance as the level of fuel in the tank changes.
The Traxxas 4-Tec RTR comes with a great looking ProGraphix painted body, so no painting or trimming is required before hitting the race track with this hot machine. The Traxxas 4-Tec RTR requires the additional purchase of a nitro starter pack, a 7.2 volt battery, a quick charger, a supply of Traxxas top fuel and 12 AA batteries to get up and running.
Some of the features of the Traxxas 4-Tec RTR include:
Top speed of more than 60 miles per hour
Powerful TRX 2.5 engine
Three belt four wheel drive system
Adjustable two speed automatically shifting transmission
Low center of gravity
Center mounted fuel tank
Nylon mesh wheels with aluminum finish
Pro-Line V-Rage tires
