SportWerks Mayhem Pro 1/8 4WD
Many competing ready to run R/C buggies are not designed to racing specifications, but the Mayhem is designed to the exacting specifications of the racing industry. Built on a light yet hard anodized aluminum chassis, the Mayhem Pro provides all the racing features found on similar R/C buggies, plus some additional features not seen on competing models.
The Mayhem Pro features steel gears and O-ring seals on the differential, allowing the handling and performance to be easily adjusted by filling the differentials with different viscosities of silicone oil. In addition, the long suspension arms mean the Mayhem Pro is better than most at surviving and riding out the bumps of the racetrack, and the suspension can be adjusted to meet the challenges of virtually any track conditions.
The Mayhem Pro is built on a ready to race chassis built of a 3mm thick 7075-T6 aluminum allow which is hard anodized for superior durability and wear resistance. In addition, the heavy duty anodized radio trays, shock towers and chassis braces are designed to be both lightweight and very durable.
The Mayhem Pro looks just as good as it runs, and the clear polycarbonate body is trimmed at the factory and mounted with the cylinder head and fuel tank holes already trimmed out. To get this great buggy ready to race, all you have to do is remove the protective film, put the radio in place and the Mayhem Pro is ready to race. The Sportwerks Mayhem Pro comes equipped with a .21 racing engine with a slide valve carburetor, machined aluminum heat sink head and ABC piston cylinder. The Mayhem Pro also comes equipped with an 053 type tuned pipe and manifold, and aerospace quality bearings throughout.
