The starter box – Starter boxes are essential accessories for any RC car enthusiast, and these great accessories are able to provide the boost you need in order to break in your new RC vehicle and make starting it a lot easier. Essentially, the starter box is designed to eliminate the need to pull start the radio controlled nitro powered car. Many nitro powered models of RC card are difficult to start, and the starter box eliminates this common complaint.

A good set of RC tools – A good toolkit is essential, and it is important to build a good toolkit for your new RC vehicle hobby. Some of the most important elements of the RC toolkit include a gear puller, a magnetic balancer, a miniature screwdriver in both Phillips head and flathead, a temperature gauge, a glow plug wrench and a pouch to keep it all organized.

Extra glow plugs – A couple of extra glow plugs are essential for any RC vehicle enthusiast. It is important to have a couple of extra glow plugs on hand in case the ones you have were to fail. It is a good idea to purchase a glow plug kit, which includes not only the glow plugs but a glow plug igniter, glow plug wrench and glow plug charger.

Spare fuel – All owners of gas powered RC vehicles should keep at least one can of extra fuel on hand. It is of course important to use only the type of fuel recommended by the manufacturer of the car. It is also a good idea to invest in a fuel filler bottle. This fuel filler bottle will make the process of refueling your gas powered RC vehicle a whole lot easier and less of a hassle.

Air filter oil – Another must have accessory for the gas powered RC vehicle owner is air filter oil. Treating the air filter of the gas powered RC car will help the filter better do its job of keeping out the dust and dirt that accumulates while running the car. It is important to allow the newly oiled air filter to dry completely before installing it on the car. It is a good idea therefore to keep a supply of pre-oiled air filters on hand to use as they are needed.
